About and Intent

Visions of a colorblind photographer received recognition twice for 2011 and 2012 in the annual Saranggola Blog Awards Philippines as Blog-galing and Blog-sikat under the Photoblog catergory. It was also nominated for best photoblog/microblog in the Globe Tattoo awards 2013.

Visions of a colorblind photographer was inactive since 2013. But this blog together with its humble beginnings since 2008 are now ready again to share compelling stories and unique photographs. The new logo of this blog is an inverted grayscale-spectrum triangle which represents the blog's forte in showcasing monochromatic images which is our trademark since the beginning. If you photograph people in color, you photograph their clothes. But if you photograph people in black and white, you photograph their souls. Ted Grant.
